We currently take extra precautions & measures to fight against germs and viruses. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, our guidelines have always kept cleanliness in mind, we will continue to do so thereafter. Here are the steps we take to ensure keeping everyone healthy.

  • Washing Hands Regularly.
  • Disinfecting equipment between each job.
  • Staying home when our maids are not feeling well.
  • Wearing masks from start to finish.
  • Practice physical distancing in your home, as appropriate. If you would like any additional measures taken, contact us directly.

DO’S

  • Kitchen ( clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces upper and lower, stove top)All exterior surfaces in all rooms.
  • Floors are mopped and vacuumed.
  • Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain)
  • Bedroom  shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed)
  • All interior window sills.

DON’TS

  • All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)
  • The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the above mentioned Do’s

DO’S

  • Everything in a regular cleaning plus
  • Baseboards
  • Light Switches & Door handles
  • Detailed Dusting
  • Back Splashes & Faucet Fixtures are polished.
  • Light Organization ( detailed organization must be an Add On in checkout)
  • Extra Hour focused on high detail areas.

DON’TS

  •   All extras are not included ( Must be selected for an additional cost)

When booking a Move Out Or Move In Cleaning, you can expect an all inclusive service. This service is a detailed deep clean. The extras include inside the oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets and inside all windows. The clean is intended to boost equity in your property. The home someone once lived in, is a sparkling clean new living space for new homeowners.

We accept all major credit cards.

A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by Sweep N Sweet Maids. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard 2 hour clean depending on living space.

If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a full refund of payment information on file.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you’d like.

If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non refundable charge.

Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-4pm
Sunday: 9am-4pm

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking.

No, Unless it’s within the 48 hour window. Within this 2 day window if you decide to cancel, the clean will be credited to your account for future choice.

No, we do not do any exterior cleaning at the moment.

You decide the date & time for your scheduled cleaning. That is why we are the top choice among our competitors, we believe in flexibility.

Yes, upon request. Please understand that our cleaners have personal lives. We will try our best to satisfy your request. However, every cleaner staffed is professionally trained to deliver excellent quality of work, from start to finish.

You Do Not Have To Be Home. If it is the first time signing up, initial introductions are always best! Developing a personable connection with your home specialist is key to maintaining a happy home.

Yes! Our cleaners go through a rigorous training program as we are a certified firm, insured, licensed & bonded. We run Federal & State background checks. As well as drug tests, including extensive hiring interviews.

We are insured and bonded in the state of Georgia

We only use eco-friendly and non toxic cleaning products when cleaning your home. These products have never been tested on animals and are safe for you, your children, and your pets. If a tougher product would need to be used, for example grease on a stove. We would ask for your consent.

Yes, it is actually preferred after your first initial cleaning. It is the most efficient way for us to work as there is no waiting on either party. Please contact us with specific entry directions. For example, key code, key fob at door, etc.

Yes, you are always welcome to tip your cleaner. Please tip out of good will, as you are not obligated.

This Is A Very Rare Incident For Our Company. However, please contact us immediately to work with our insurance to replace the damaged product.

No, this is against our policy. To provide an awesome cleaning experience & for the health of our cleaning crew, we ask that no smoking while we clean.

Our cleaners through vigorous training are very precise with time management. If so, our cleaners will always find more to do for the time you have paid for. However, if a cleaner happens to leave early, contact our offices immediately.

If you are not happy with your service please call us immediately. A reschedule will be issued 2 days from the original appointment.

No, rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page. We provide some of the lowest rates in the industry.

Yes, this is to ensure your day and time is reserved. This may seem different as a service company, Our goal is to provide efficiency & quality, due to fraudulent billings in the past, we operate on the standard of charging prior to booking.

An additional booking must be made. In most cases this is because the lack of cleanliness required more time to begin with.

When you book online be sure to select the current level of cleanliness of your home. This ensures the proper amount of time is allocated to cleaning your home during your scheduled booking. Improper booking information will require you to reschedule at full rate.

Here at Sweep N Sweet Maids we have simplified the cleaning process. We do not go by square feet.  Eliminating a walk through estimate prior on regular cleaning, reduces the price. By selecting 1 out of the 3 options, we ensure you have enough time to clean your home.

Cluttered areas such as pantry’s, bedroom closets,  bedroom counters, entryways, kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertops, etc

With honesty, frequent use of common areas, foot traffic, gatherings, household members & your personal budget, should all be kept in mind.

Our memberships will always be provided with excellence. We offer a once a month clean, our biweekly clean and our premier weekly clean. We recommend this clean due to the quality & frequency.
